Everyone who comes to our camp has a tradition of paying homage to the Lake Khuvsgul by climbing a beautiful Somoo Saridag (Wish Rock) which pushed into Lake Khuvsgul.

Travelers & locals call this unique rock a “Wish Rock” and pay homage by whispering their wishes

  • This trip will be a quiet and peaceful 2 or 3 hours (depending on your pace) hike surrounded by beautiful flowers, and you might spot Deer.
  • After paying homage to this beautiful natural wonder, you can relax with a natural stone massage.
  • While you’re relaxing with a natural stone massage and admire the view, your guide will share local legends.

– If you see garbage, be sure to pick it up and put it in camps recycling bins.

Duration : On horse – a half to full day

Meet a nomadic family and arrive on horseback after 1 to 2 hours trip. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed inside the nomadic family home with an offer of traditional milk tea, followed by a discussion of modern nomadic life. You can take plenty pictures and ask as many as questions from your host family.

  • On the way to the Nomadic family from our camp, the road will be fascinating, surrounded by forest and beautiful flowers, and at the same time, you explore the nomads.
  • It will be an exciting and adventurous trip to the Nomadic family because your tour guide will share some of the local legends with exciting and unique stories.
  • Your tour guide might surprise you to singing beautiful Mongolian traditional songs and teach you some lyrics on the way to camp.

Duration: By boat -a half day

You start your adventure in the morning after your breakfast at the camp as you head out with your guide for just a 20 to 30-minute boat ride. During the boat ride, you will admire fresh Lake Khuvsgul. Once you reach our nomadic family, you can spend as much time as you want with your host discussing the modern nomadic lifestyle.
